Fortitude Valley Commerical is a development approved mixed use commercial development site.  The team co-ordinated the design and develoment permit process with a joint venture partner. Located in Brisbane’s James Street Precinct, the proposal includes a ground floor café, 112 place podium level childcare centre and 3,000 sqm of luxury office space. The design was curated by iconic Melbourne based architecture firm Fender Katsalidis. The property was sold with approvals in place to a private property firm in August 2022.

The centre was sold in 2018 to the Viva Energy listed real estate investment trust (REIT).
